How can I activate my account?

In case your account is suspended, you can activate your account from the control panel
Setting page
In case you are not able to activate your account, you should first check your Billing page
And add funds if the account balance is too low.

In some cases, due to compliance restrictions, your account can also be disabled; in such cases, please contact your account manager.

For any other issue, you can contact sales@brightdata.com, and we will activate your account after reviewing and approving the use case and identity
